Delivery time and shipping

Free delivery within the Netherlands
PostNL and DHL shipments are always free for orders over €50,-. For orders up to €50, we charge €6.95 shipping costs on top of the order.
You can also have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point.
Fast delivery
If you order before 11:00 PM Monday through Friday, your package will be delivered the next business day (or on Saturday) by PostNL or DHL. Orders placed between 11:00 PM Friday and 9:00 PM Sunday will be delivered on Monday. If there's a problem with your order or if there's a delay in the warehouse, we'll contact you about an alternative delivery date.
How will your package be shipped?
Once the order has been paid, shipping will be initiated immediately. To deliver the ordered products to you, Caraudiogigant.nl We use PostNL and DHL. Once they receive your package, you'll receive an email with further information about the shipment and the expected delivery time.
Not at home
Are you not at home? Then the delivery person will try to leave the package with your neighbors. If they are not home, the package will be sent to the nearest PostNL or DHL location. You can then collect the package yourself. You have one week to do so. If you are still unable to collect the order after that, the package will be sent back to Caraudiogigant.nl sent.
To take off
Pickup is available in Gouda from our installation partner, Cartop Automotive. After placing your order, please contact us at 085-760 05 58.
Please note: Collection is not possible if the order has not been paid in full. Klarna payment options are excluded from collection.
Products out of stock
If a product is out of stock at car audio gigant, we always indicate the expected delivery time. This is usually around 4 to 8 business days. We will always indicate this in the product description if a longer delivery time is involved.
It's not common, but it's possible your order will be delayed by a day. We forward all our shipments to the carriers. They will notify you of any delays.
