Delivery time and shipping

[[t0]Caraudiogigant.nl provides you with several options to receive your order. Read on quickly because on this page you can find all delivery and collection options from Caraudiogigant.nl.

Free delivery within the Netherlands
PostNL and DHL shipments are always free for orders from €50. For orders up to €50, we charge €6.95 shipping costs on top of the order.
You can also have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point.

Fast delivery
Order from Monday to Friday before 11:00 PM? Your package will then be delivered by PostNL or DHL the next working day (or on Saturday). Orders placed between 11:00 PM on Friday and 6:00 PM on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. If there is something wrong with your order or if there is a delay in the warehouse, we will contact you about an alternative delivery date. 

How will your package be shipped?
Once the order has been paid, shipping will start immediately. Caraudiogigant.nl uses PostNL and DHL to deliver the ordered products to you. As soon as they have received your package, you will receive an email with further information about the shipment and the expected delivery time.

Not at home
Are you not at home? The delivery person then tries to deliver the package to your neighbors. If they are not at home, the package will be sent to the nearest PostNL or DHL location. You can then pick up the package yourself here. You have one week to do this. Have you still not been able to collect the order? The package will then be sent again to Caraudiogigant.nl. 

Collection
Collection is possible in Gouda at installation partner Cartop Automotive. After placing the order, you can contact the installation partner on 085-760 05 58. 

Note: Collection is not possible if the order has not been paid in full. Klarna payment options are excluded from collection.

Products not in stock
If a product is not in stock at car audio gigant, we always mention the expected delivery time. This is usually about 4 to 8 working days. We will always mention this with the product when it concerns a longer period.
It does not happen often, but it can happen that your order is delayed by a day. We hand over all our shipments to the carriers. You will be notified by them of any delay.
