With the Cartronix CTX-3412 4G Dongle, you can connect your car stereo or laptop to the internet, regardless of your location. Using a SIM card with internet access (3G/4G), you can surf the internet on a 4G network at speeds of up to 150Mbps. The USB dongle has a SIM card slot on the inside. Simply insert the SIM card—which contains data—and you're instantly online! The USB dongle also has an SD card slot, allowing you to use it as storage when you insert an SD card.

Can also be used as a router and hotspot
Besides using this dongle as a modem, you can also use it as a router. You can then easily connect to the internet via your phone or tablet, just as you normally would with your Wi-Fi connection. The CTX-3411 can function as a hotspot anywhere it can get power.

Installation tips:
Make sure the SIM card in the dongle does not have a PIN code, so that it can connect directly to the internet.

This dongle is offered by Cartronix as a 3G/4G dongle for Android car radios, but it's also compatible with many other devices. For example, this dongle is also compatible with computers running Windows 7/8/10/11. Unfortunately, this dongle doesn't work with Chromebooks.
