This Cartronix car radio is specifically designed for Volkswagen cars from various years. Please note the following:

If your car is equipped with an original reversing camera, you'll need the CTX-3408 camera decoder to retain the camera and make it visible on a new radio. When installing a new radio in your Volkswagen from 2013 onwards, you'll need the following cable: CTX-3401.

If you have a Volkswagen, Seat, or Skoda manufactured before 2011, additional steps are required during installation to prevent the car radio from draining your battery. In that case, we recommend consulting an installation specialist or our installation partner, Cartop Automotive, who can carry out the installation professionally.

If you have a car manufactured after 2011, the installation is plug-and-play.
