Exchange and return conditions for your purchase at caraudiogigant.nl 

Does the car radio you ordered not appear to fit or are you unable to install or build it in? Please feel free to contact us and we will walk you through the installation procedure remotely. If you have received the wrong products, or there is another reason why you are not satisfied, we kindly request that you contact our customer service. We will then see what we can do for you.

Return:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via helpdesk@caraudiogigant.nl. Wij we will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exchange procedure:

If your purchases are not satisfactory upon receipt, you have the option to exchange the items at caraudiogigant.nl within 14 days of receipt.

For exchanges and returns The following conditions apply to your purchases:

- The items must be returned in the original packaging as far as possible. 
- The return must be reported to us in advance.
- The products must be returned within the trial period of 14 days after receipt of the order.
- The products show no signs of use.

1. All original packaging materials must be included.
2. Protective films must not be removed.
3. All cables, manuals, etc. must be present as supplied.
4. The product may not contain any traces of use.
5. The product must be properly packaged in an outer box. So, if applicable, do not use the original product box as a shipping box!
6. The trial period does not mean that you can use the period as a trial period. The radios can be connected separately without installing them directly. We will not take back items that show signs of installation.

Returned items must be properly packaged, just as you received them. Do not stick the return label on the original packaging, this will cause a reduction in value of the item, which we will unfortunately have to charge for.

Costs for returns:

Any shipping costs that you paid when placing your order will be reimbursed by us. However, the shipping costs for returning your order are at your expense.

Not all products and orders can be returned. The following products and orders are not covered by the 14-day trial period:

- All business purchases are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Ordered data carriers, such as SD cards with GPS software, cannot be returned.
- Personalized products. These are products that are not sold as standard, but have been assembled at your request and/or ordered from one of our suppliers.
- Products that have not been installed according to the installation instructions.

You can assess the product to determine whether you want to keep it. For example, you may connect a product to power without making any adjustments to the cabling. However, in that case you cannot fully secure car radios if you do not wish to keep the product. The screws will cause signs of wear on the screw holes.
