Warranty Conditions – Caraudiogigant.nl

1. Legal warranty

For all items you purchase from Caraudiogigant.nl (part of REQOS B.V.) applies the legal warrantyThis means that a product must do what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it. A product is therefore considered sound if it meets the specifications stated in the product description and manual.

If an item isn't working properly, we're happy to help you resolve it – for example, through repair, replacement, or a suitable solution.

2. Manufacturer's warranty

In addition to the legal guarantee, we offer a warranty on almost all products 24-month factory warranty after the date of purchase. This warranty applies to normal use and covers material and manufacturing defects.

Within the warranty period, the defective product will be replaced at the manufacturer's discretion or Caraudiogigant.nl:

repaired,
replace with a new one, or
replaced by an equivalent product.

The warranty period will not be extended or restarted after repair or replacement.

3. Exceptions

The warranty will be void in the following cases:

Damage due to incorrect use, installation or connection.
Damage caused by moisture, short circuit, impact or falls.
Products that have been modified, opened, or repaired by third parties.
Use of unsuitable accessories, cables or software.
Wearing parts such as fuses, rubber seals, fans, connectors or storage media.
Damage due to incorrect voltage or incorrect connection.
Damage caused by use outside the manual or vehicle compatibility.

4. Warranty procedure

Have a problem with your product? Follow these steps:

Contact Us with our customer service via helpdesk@caraudiogigant.nl, stating the order number, a brief description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or video of the defect.
You will receive instructions from us for sending the product or – if applicable – a return label.
We will assess the product within a few working days and inform you about the next steps.

Repairs under warranty are free of charge, unless the defect falls outside the warranty terms. In that case, you will always receive a quote first.

5. Business purchases

For business purchases (B2B) a 12-month warranty period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
